All deposits, purchases, and fees made on Dream Maharaja for participating in Fantasy Cricket are considered final. While we prioritize customer satisfaction, refunds will only be considered in cases where a transaction error has occurred. Please note that once a payment has been processed, it cannot be reversed, and no refunds will be provided for voluntary actions, such as deciding not to participate in a match after making a deposit.

Additionally, Dream Maharaja does not allow users to join any game rooms once a match associated with that game room (identified by the Series) has already started. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and fairness of the competition.
